PURPOSE: To provide a dielectric apparatus that is suited for miniaturization and reduction in height, can be surface-mounted, and the resonance frequency of which is adjustable. CONSTITUTION: At each of resonance sections Q1, Q2, first holes 41 and 42 are provided in a dielectric substrate 1, from along an opening end face 21 toward a surface 22 opposite to the opening end face, are open at the opening end face 21 and the opposite surface 22, and have a first inner conductor at the inside. At each of the resonance sections Q1, Q2, second holes 51 and 52 are provided at an interval D1 from the first holes 41 and 42 in the dielectric substrate 1, from along the opening end face 21 toward the surface 22 opposite to the opening end face, are open only on the opening end face 21, and have a closed bottom section and a second inner conductor at the inside. The second inner conductor continues to the first inner conductor on the opening end face 21.
