PURPOSE: A projection display system for allowing remote control toward a screen is provided for a user to transmit control signals to a screen unit for improving the convenience of the user, wherein a projection unit is mounted to a wall behind the user not to occupy a space in a room. CONSTITUTION: A projection display system for allowing remote control toward a screen includes a screen unit(32) for transmitting user's control signals input by a user to a projection unit after processing, and the projection unit to be driven by the user's control signals output from the screen unit. The screen unit generates sounds according to audio signals and wirelessly transmits video signals to the projection unit, and the projection unit processes the video signals to display images and projects light to the screen via the displayed images.
