METHOD OF REMOVING REFLECTED WAVES AT BOUNDARY SURFACE FOR APPLYING ADI-FINITE DIFFERENTIAL TIME DOMAIN METHOD

PURPOSE: A method of removing reflected waves at boundary surface for applying ADI-finite differential time domain method is provided to give exact analysis when adopting a full-wave manner for analyzing an electromagnetic phenomenon at an interconnect line. CONSTITUTION: A method of removing reflected waves comprises comparing data(205) of a calculation region(203) with data of a PML region(204), applying the compared data value to a boundary surface, removing the increase and decrease of a progressive wave and a reflected wave problem by use of the applied data, and comparing and applying data of the PML region with data of the calculation region according to the time increase and decrease.
