PURPOSE: A complicated interlayer sound-proof material is provided to accomplish protection against interlayer sound of apartment, to efficiently absorb sound and dust, and to prevent sound of light and/or heavy crashing-sound and to obtain a completely sealed floating floor structure including bottom wall. CONSTITUTION: The sound-proof material comprises a metallic thin sheet(14) above interlayer slab(16); foaming rubber plate as a hard foam rubber pad(13) formed with a number of pores containing air above the thin sheet(14); a soft foam rubber pad(12) on top side of the blocking plate(16) and a porous concrete layer(11) above the soft rubber pad(12). The soft rubber pad has a number of holes and semi-circular projections to be rigidly adhered with the porous concrete layer(11). The concrete layer(11) is formed with a floor finishing layer made of finishing mortar(17). Between the hard foam rubber pads, a sealing material(15) is filled.
