PURPOSE: A real estate intermediation system and method is provided to secure a stability in transacting real estates via a money deposition, an earnest lending or a title insurance and to enhance a transaction easiness via an escrow service, a house moving service, or an ownership transfer registration agent service. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user interface(11), a joint organization interface(12), a real estate information manager(14), an intermediation manager(15), databases(21-30), a database manager(13), an account manager(18), an escrow manager(16), and a title insurance manager(17). The user interface(11) enables transactors to register or get information on real estates. The joint organization interface(12) transmits a request of processing tasks necessary for the real estate intermediation to the relevant joint organizations or receives the processed result from the joint organizations. The real estate information manager(14) bulletins the registered real estate information over the internet or updates the information. The intermediation manager(15) manages browsing the real estates, negotiating a transaction price, making a contract form, offering an estimate of house moving or completing the transaction. The databases(21-30) store the information generated in the processes of intermediating the real estate transaction. The database manager(13) classifies the information to be stored in the databases, and reads the stored information. The account manager processes the contract money, an agent fee, a service fee or various service intermediation fee. The escrow manager(16) manages the escrow contract, the deposition of the registered ownership document, the remainder money or the ownership transfer process. The title insurance manager(17) opens the title insurance for preventing legal risk on the ownership of the real estate.
