PURPOSE: Provided is an organic polymer substrate of which the surface is coated with a high density and high branched polyaminoethyl molecular layer, which can give new physicochemical properties to the surface of the substrate and fix various functional materials to the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: The organic polymer substrate coated with the polyaminoethyl molecular layer(formula I) is formed by reacting an organic polymer substrate having a nucleophilic functional group with aziridine or derivatives thereof, wherein the organic polymer substrate is a synthetic polymer, a synthetic oligomer, a natural polymer, a natural oligomer, an organic conductive material, or a mixture thereof and the nucleophilic functional group is amine, alcohol, thiol, phenol, carboxylic acid, thiocarboxylic acid, thiocarbonate, and etc. In the formula, R1-R4 are independently C1-C10 low alkyl or aromatic derivatives, Nu is the nucleophilic functional group, A1 and A2 are independently H or the structure of polyaminoethyl molecular layer repeating aminoethyl base structure less than 100 times.
