PURPOSE: A shelf support of a display case is provided to make a support plate for supporting books or other stuffs firmly keep its original shape. CONSTITUTION: An external frame(3) has a part opened for containing stuffs. A plurality of support plates is horizontally located within the external frame(3) and contains stuffs. A plurality of holes(70) are formed on the support plate(50) in the lengthwise direction. A support bar disposed at each hole(70) has both ends penetrating through both side faces of the external frame(3). An engaging unit(90) penetrates through both side faces of the external frame(3) from the outside and engages both ends of the support bar.
