PURPOSE: A device for generating an electric wave for interrupting IMT 2000 video data is provided to emit an offset wave of a clock frequency of a part corresponding to video data, in order to make a video transmission blank, thereby preventing secret information from leaking out. CONSTITUTION: A trans(10) downs an inputted supply voltage to a predetermined voltage through a wring ratio, and outputs the downed voltage. A power processor(20) rectifies and stabilizes the downed voltage, and supplies the voltage as a voltage and current necessary for each circuit. An oscillation controller(30) varies a supplied operation power to oscillate the power, and controls a frequency oscillated operation. An oscillator(40) oscillates an offset wave opposite to a clock frequency of video data of an IMT 2000 terminal by the oscillated operation. An antenna(50) delivers an oscillated frequency to the air. |
