PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and improve reliability of product by shortening assembly time for assembling the deflection yoke to the cathode ray tube. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke comprises a coil separator(11) having a plurality of ribs(20) protruded from a front cover(12), and a rear cover(13) formed integrally with the side opposite to the front cover; a ferrite core mounted on the outer surface of the coil separator, and which forms a magnetic field; a vertical deflection coil mounted on the outer surface of the coil separator together with the ferrite core; and a horizontal deflection coil mounted on the inner surface of the coil separator. The ribs protruded from the front cover are disposed at constant intervals.
