PURPOSE: A device for controlling gas and air of nozzle plate of coke oven is provided to control the amount of gas and air by promptly and accurately controlling a pair of gas passageways formed on the nozzle plate of coke oven chamber using a nozzle plate piece. CONSTITUTION: The device for controlling gas and air of nozzle plate of combustion chamber comprises a pair of 'L' shaped piece guides(16,16') which are fixed to outer upper and lower parts of a pair of gas passageways(13) that are formed on the nozzle plate(11) so that gas and air pass through the gas passageways(13); a nozzle plate piece(17) the outer upper and lower parts of which are movably inserted into the pair of the 'L' shaped piece guides(16,16'), and at one side of the outer upper and lower parts of which a screw thread(18) is formed; a worm gear bolt(19) that is movably fixed to one side of the outer upper and lower parts on which the screw thread(18) of the nozzle plate piece(17) is formed so that the worm gear bolt(19) is gear connected to the screw thread(18), wherein a ruler for accurately controlling piece is formed on the upper surface of any one 'L' shaped piece guide(16) in the pair of the 'L' shaped piece guides(16,16'). |
