PURPOSE: A loading compartment and a cabin-windshield cover device of a freight vehicle is provided to safely protect goods loaded in a loading compartment of a freight vehicle, to shut off sunlight coming in through a windshield, and prevent frost from forming on the windshield of a cabin. CONSTITUTION: In a freight vehicle(10) equipped with a loading compartment(12) in the rear of a cabin(11), a case(17), having a covering up tent-winding roller and a protective tent-winding roller built-in, is installed at the upper end of the cabin. A covering up tent is elastically wound on the covering up tent-winding roller. A protective tent is elastically wound on the protective tent-winding roller. The loading compartment and a cabin-windshield(11a) are cover up by selectively withdrawing the covering up tent and the protective tent from the case.
