PURPOSE: A laminated flooring and a laminated board plank using small-diameter log are provided which are manufactured by adhesively laminating wood of the small-diameter log in three or more layers in such a way that grains of the wood are alternated to each other, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The laminated flooring is characterized in that it is manufactured by laminating wood of the small-diameter log in three or more layers including surface and back boards(1,3) in such a way that grains of the wood are alternated to each other, wherein tenons are formed along a length direction of the flooring by adhesively laminating layers in such a manner that the grains of the wood are alternated to each other, the laminated flooring comprises three layers of surface, intermediate and back boards(1,2,3) in which the grains of the wood are alternatingly laminated, and small-diameter log selected from the group consisting of larch, Japanese cypress, Japanese cedar, Betula Schmidtii, alder, Kalopanax pictum, Maackia amurensis, Korean white pine, chestnut tree and maple is used as a material for the surface and back boards(1,3), and small-diameter log selected from the group consisting of pitch pine, Korean white pine, fir, Populus tomentiglandulosa and poplar is used as a material for the intermediate board(2) laminated between the surface and back boards(1,3).
