PURPOSE: A disc spring assembling and testing device is provided to check the precise assembling of disc springs within an allowance range of force for preventing the breakage of the disc springs and carry out the test of the fatigue life of the disc springs, thereby improving the efficiency and the reliability of the device. CONSTITUTION: A disc spring assembling and testing device includes a main body(10), a booster pump mounted at a lower part of the main body to be driven by air supplied by a solenoid valve when precise assembling of a plurality of disc springs(20) and fatigue life testing, a hydraulic cylinder(50) mounted at an end of the main body to be driven by an oil pressure boosted by the operation of the booster pump, a shaft(60) mounted in the main body corresponding to a rot end of the hydraulic cylinder for inserting a bushing(70), a sleeve(80), the disc springs, a spacer(90) and a snap ring(100), a cover(110) coupled with the main body by coupling elements, a dial gauge(130) mounted at the other end of the main body for contacting the shaft by the operation of the hydraulic shaft to precisely measure a stroke of the moving shaft, and a control box for controlling the precise assembling of the disc springs and the fatigue life testing and carrying out the automatic-and-manual mode switching.
