PURPOSE: A panel clamping device is provided to reduce working elements and working process to reduce cost and cycle time. CONSTITUTION: A locator(3) forming a receiving portion(1) is mounted on a base(7) through a bracket(5). A first link bar(9) is connected with the upper end of the locator. A first clamper(15) is mounted in parallel to a vertical part of the first link bar to support bent portion of the panel. A second clamper(17) is connected hingedly to the parallel portion of the first link bar. A second link bar(19) is connected hingedly to the upper end of a vertical part of the first link bar. A third link bar(29) is connected to the one end of the second clamper and the second link bar. An operational cylinder(31) is connected to the second link bar.
