PURPOSE: A device for testing a tire standing wave is provided to precisely measure the standing wave data generated during the high speed rotation of a tire, thereby applying the data to the tire structure design, wherein the test data is maintained by a computer. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a tire standing wave includes a high speed photographing camera(10) provided with a stroboscope which takes photographs of a tire rotating at a high speed, a pan/tilt controller(20) connected to the high speed photographing camera for controlling the camera, and a computer(30) connected to the camera for monitoring the standing wave data and maintaining the data.
