PURPOSE: A method and system for purchasing a vehicle are provided to enable a member to buy a vehicle through the optimum method by constituting a proper network among a vehicle selling company, a credit card company, and a financial company, thereby linking a cost of a credit card company in accordance with a payment price of a card usage of a credit card member and a mileage accumulation method thereof with a vehicle buying method. CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle purchase system by a credit card mileage rate having a network constituted by client managing information of a central managing system by a credit card company interface, a vehicle company interface, a financial institution interface, and an insurance company interface, data information of a wanted purchase vehicle of a member information storing table of a member management information storing database, mileage information, and data such as a member store visiting number of a member store managing table are received from the central managing system(500). Vehicle running state and a consumption state of a specific client are recognized based on the data and compared with a wanted purchase vehicle(510). A proper kind of a vehicle and a purchasing method thereof are selected, and a proper installment purchase method is introduced(520).
