PURPOSE: A device and method for withdrawal of cash using mobile terminal is provided to get the cash by issuing an approval number of a cash to a client connected through a mobile phone and checking a client by an approval number inputted through an automated cash teller machine. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) is connected to a base stations(110,120,130), performs a web service, and transmits account number, a password, money information inputted from a client to a destination. An Internet server(140) is connected between the Internet and the mobile terminal(100) and performs an Internet service. A mobile banking server(200) is connected to the Internet server(140), receives the account number and the password from the mobile terminal(100), authenticates a client, requests an account authentication for supplying a cash withdrawal service, issues an approval number to an authenticated account, and supplies a cash withdrawal service. A bank server(300) receives an account authentication from the mobile banking server(200). In the case that a cash withdrawal service is possible, the bank server(300) transmits authentication information to the mobile banking server(200), and approves a cash withdrawal based on the approval number. Automated cash teller machines(410,420,430) receive the account number and the approval number form the client, transmit the numbers to the bank server(300). In the case that a cash withdrawal approval exists from the bank server(300), the automated cash teller machines(410,420,430) withdraw a corresponding cash or check.
