SOLUTION: This glutaminase is (a) a protein composed of an amino acid sequence represented by a specific sequence or (b) a protein which is composed of an amino acid sequence in which one or a plurality of amino acids are deficient, substituted or added in the amino acid sequence of the protein (a) and has glutaminase activity. This glutaminase gene encodes the protein of (a) or (b).
