PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic crawler track that is able to prevent damage such as lopsided abrasion or come off of a drive protrusion in use, reduce friction resistance at an engaging part, and carries durability. SOLUTION: In the elastic crawler track 10 comprising: a main body 11 wherein a reinforced layer 15A reinforced by a reinforcing cable (main cable 15) is embedded in the peripheral direction of the body and drive protrusions 13 are arranged at prescribed pitches at the internal surface of the body; and a lug 12 formed at the external periphery of body, a reinforcing member (protrusion reinforcing cable 16) for the drive protrusions extending over the protrusions 13 and the body 11 is embedded.
