PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing structure in which packing and unpacking goods can stably be carried out without causing danger, in less time and without using much labor. SOLUTION: A leg 11 of a device body, having a female thread 13 in the axial direction, is placed on a packing base frame 15, having a bolt hole 14, in a way that a washer 18a, having an opening 17 extending from a through hole 16 to the edge thereof, is interposed between the leg 11 and the packing base frame 15. A bolt 12 is screwed on the female thread 13 in the leg 11 in a way that a washer 18b, having an opening 17 extending from the through hole 16 to the edge thereof, is interposed between the packing base frame 15 and the bolt 12. So that a device body 10 is fixed to the packing base frame 15, and the washers 18a, 18b are removed from the bolt 12 through the openings 17, 17 by loosening the bolt 12. Then, a wedge is fitted into a recess 19 of the packing base frame 15, thus splitting the base frame 15, so that the base frame 15 is removed from the bolt 12.
