PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a link mechanism of a pivot shaft, to which the base end of a wiper arm is attached, so as to be simply installed though having an overrun preventing function. SOLUTION: The end of a second link 13 is supported pivotally via a first pivot 14 to the other end of a first link 12 integrally connected to a main pivot shaft 10 supported to a base body 9 at its end, the other end of a third link 15 supported pivotally via a second pivot 16 to the base body 9 is supported pivotally via a third pivot 17 to the other end of the second link 13, the end of a fourth link 18 is supported pivotally via a fourth pivot 19 to the other end of the third link 15, the other end of the fourth link 18 is supported pivotally via a sixth pivot 21 to the end of a main link arm 6 supported pivotally via a fifth pivot 20 to the base body 9 and reciprocating, turning over and swinging driven by a wiper motor 1, and the first pivot 14, the third pivot 17 and the second pivot 16 are formed to locate approximately in alignment at the upper reversing position of a main wiper arm 11.
