PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam image producing printing head with little quality deterioration derived from plasma production. SOLUTION: A printing head to be used preferably in this imaging system comprises a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and a partition structure including a semiconductor disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer.
