PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent troubles such as the generation of jamming or the like from developing and realize the low cost production of continuous forms suitable for distribution and transportation slips. At the same time, partially releasant layers 13a and 13b are formed on the surface of the first paper material sheet 11 opposing to the self-adhesive layers 23a and 23b, resulting in releasably pseudo- bonding the first paper material sheet 11 and the second paper material sheet 21 through the contact surfaces P between the self-adhesive layer 23a and the releasant layer 13a and between the self-adhesive layer 23b and the releasant layer 13b.
