PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a life span by preventing a warp and waggle of the tip of a ball screw shaft. SOLUTION: One end of the ball screw shaft 14 is rotatably supported by a bearing provided in a bearing case part 17, the rest end of the ball screw shaft 14, a tip part 14a, is supported by bearing 11 for supporting integrated in a support plate 10. The support plate 10 is fixed to a tie bar brace 9 fixed to an extension portion of outer edges of an end housing 4.
