PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that since a red brick and a monolithic refractory which are polluted by harmful substances such as a conventional heavy metal or the like are carried in an intermediate facility, undergone crushing, medicine kneading and cement solidifying processes, and carried in a final disposal site, costs and troubles for carrying them in the intermediate facility and treating them are enormous, and they have a fault on fear that they are exposed to a worker or other third party when carried in the intermediate facility. SOLUTION: The treatment bag for lumpish contaminant comprises a bag body in which the lumpish contaminant is filled, a drain hole which is provided in the lower part of the bag body, and a means for opening and closing the hole. The treatment method for the lumpish contaminant comprises a process for filling the lumpish contaminant in a water-permeable treatment bag in which the lumpish contaminant is filled, a process for immersing the treatment bag into a solution for treatment of the contaminant and treating the contaminant, a process for opening the drain hole which is provided in the lower part of the treatment bag and taking out the treatment bag from inside the solution, and a process for moving the treated lumpish contaminant to a landfill site and filling therein.
