PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide splittable chopsticks made of a waste material as a new material to prevent waste of materials such as wood, bamboo, etc., so as not to cause environment destruction in the current condition such that almost all chopsticks are once used and disposed. SOLUTION: This method is constituted of a molding forming process in which used paper as the material is moldably dissolved and molded by an injection molding machine into a mold for chopsticks with a chopsticks mount and cooled and then the molding is taken out from the injection molding machine, a pre-finishing process in which the taken out product is deburred for finely finished shape, a surface treating process in which picking is carried out on the product by a lacquer base paint and the molding is heated at 70 deg.C and kept in that condition, and a finishing process in which the product after the finishing process is cooled and finally finished to a complete product of chopsticks.
