PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new piece of furniture which uses empty vessels as the support means for a plate shape body. SOLUTION: Plate shape bodies (1) and the base part (3) under the plate shape bodies (1) are connected via connecting rods (5). The connecting rods (5) are vertically passed through erected empty vessels (9) which support the plate shape bodies (1). A vessel such as a can, bottle, etc., to store a content such as a fruit beverage, beer, wine, etc., from which the content is taken out is used as the empty vessel. A cup, earthenware, etc., can be also usable.
