PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive mounting structure for a shift lever base with a simple structure with excellent assembling workability by allowing the sharing of parts. SOLUTION: This mounting structure comprises a shift lever base 3, in which a reference round hole 31 as positioning base, a sub-reference elliptic hole 32 having the same diameter of the reference round hole 31, and free round holes 33 and 34 larger in diameter than the reference round hole 31 are formed, and rubbers with spacer closely fittable to the reference round hole 31. The rubbers with spacer are longitudinally movably fitted to the sub-reference elliptic hole 32 and fitted omnidirectionally movably fitted to the free round holes 33 and 32, and a bolt is inserted to the spacer hole of the rubber with spacer fitted to each mounting hole 31-34 of the base 3 to mount the base 3 on a body floor.
