PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for a floor having water resistance usable in the dressing room of a bathroom, a toilet room, a kitchen or the like, excellent in dent damage resistance such as castor resistance or the like and capable of imparting a design feeling corresponding to that of a conventional wooden flooring material. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet for the floor is constituted by laminating a decorative sheet 3 made of a synthetic resin to the surface of a hard sheet layer 2 having surface hardness of 60 or more in a durometer hardness test type D (JIS K 6253) and water resistance getting through the water-resistance B test of the Japanese Agricultural Standard of special plywood. Groove parts 5 can be applied to the decorative sheet at a depth exceeding the thickness of the decorative sheet 3 but no piercing the hard sheet layer from the surface of the decorative sheet 3 by cutting processing or the like.
