PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a track traveling type working tower capable of traveling and moving on tracks with a simple structure, on which stringing work or the like is safely carried out in stable conditions on tracks. SOLUTION: The working tower is provided with structural bodies (1, 2) constituted of at least four supporting members (11, 12, 16, 17, and 21, 22, 26, 27) joined with each other in a standing state, and a plurality of track wheels (52) provided at a lower part of the structural body. The two adjacent supporting members (11, 12, and 21, 22) are joined with a plurality of rungs (13, 23) to form a ladder. By placing the track wheels on the tracks and rotating the wheels, the track traveling type working tower capable of traveling on the tracks is constituted. At the bottom of the structural body, provided are safety structures against overturning (60) having protrusion heads (65) which can be protruded into the recessed parts of downsides of the tracks, while moving down to the sides of the tracks in the state where the track wheels are placed on the tracks.
