PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance usability by making an illuminated place changeable. SOLUTION: A base plate 7, which is fixed to a front end of a housing 2, is fitted turnably with a switching ring 15 in which a light-emitting diode(LED) 20 is mounted in an eccentric position in such a manner as to be pointed forward. Positive and negative electrode plates, in which protrusions 12a and 13a, etc., are protruded intermittently on the loci of movements of lead terminals 21 and 22 of the LED 20 along with turning operations of the switching ring 15, are bonded to an electrode holder 10 on the front of the base plate 7; and the LED 20 is made to emit light in different places by selecting any one of the protrusions 12a and 13a along with the turning operations of the switching ring 15.
