PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make toys and playing tools run freely within a necessarily small space. SOLUTION: A running vehicle 3 is driven to run to the final end part of a mobile path 13 for ascending pushing up the mobile path 13 right above it and then, turned back at this point, the running vehicle 3 is transferred onto the mobile path 13 right above it and caused to ascend up to the highest position. Then, a mobile path 23 for descending comes down by own dead load onto the mobile path 23 right below it and the running vehicle 3 is transferred onto it to let the vehicle move down. Thus, the running vehicle 3 runs three- dimensionally.
