PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance welding device efficiently welding even a number of poorly-aligned parts to be welded, by using a resistance welding head. SOLUTION: In the welding device, the resistance welding head 110 providing resistance welding by holding a part to be welded B1 between a pair of electrodes to press it, is located so as to be freely-movable in Y direction perpendicular to X direction with the part to be welded B1 aligned. By applying a reaction force servicing when each electrode 116e sandwiches the part to be welded B1 to the resistance welding head 110, both electrodes 116e are pressed while aligning their cores for the part to be welded B1, and then resistance welding is applied.
