PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stable temperature adjusting characteristic by preventing the direction of a flow of air guided to a mixing area without regard to the existence of an auxiliary heater while preventing enlargement of an air- conditioning casing in an air-conditioning device in which a wall surface is formed along the end surface of the ventilation part of a heat exchanger in the downstream side of the heat exchanger for heating and the auxiliary heater can be disposed between the heat exchanger for heating and the wall surface. SOLUTION: The area of the end surface of the ventilation part of the auxiliary heater 22 is smaller than that of the end surface of the ventilation part of a heater core 5, and the auxiliary heater 22 is disposed at such a position between the heater core 5 and a partition wall 17 as avoiding the side near the mixing area 9.
