PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot press device which can safely and easily peel off an upper face plate adhering on a lower face of a hot plate. SOLUTION: A wear plate 12, which comes into contact with the lower face of the hot plate 1 at the time of molding and separates from the lower face of the hot plate at the time of the finishing of molding, is provided to the hot plate 1. The wear plate is constituted so as to be held by fixing and adhering one side on the side face of the hot plate and engaging a hole opened on the other side with a guide provided on the side face of the hot plate.
