PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift control device for transmission capable of improving shift operability by facilitating the shift operation in the use of either a first shift device or a second shift device. SOLUTION: The first shift device 22 for switching the shift position of an automatic transmission and the second shift device 26 for similarly switching the shift position of the automatic transmission are provided within a cabin 18. The second shift device 26 is set on a driver's seat door 24. The second shift device 26 switches the shift position of the automatic transmission by electrically detecting the shift operation of a shift lever 31 and driving an actuator on the basis of the shift detection signal.
