SOLUTION: This disposable diaper is structured such that a liquid impermeable backsheet 1 and a liquid permeable top sheet 2 cover an absorption body 3. The disposable diaper has, at both sides of the middle portion in the longitudinal direction, side flaps Fw each of which surrounds the outside of the end of the crotch section of pants and fixed to the outer surface of the pants when used.
