PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of a door while keeping the easiness of assembling of a first module to a second module in a vehicle door. SOLUTION: The longitudinal length of the second module 3 is set smaller than the longitudinal length of an opening in the first module 2, and a cutout part 7 provided on the inner panel 6 of the first module 2 is arranged on the inside between both guide rails 23 and 24 set in assembling positions, whereby both the guide rails 23 and 24 are located within the space surrounded by the inner panel 6 and an outer panel 5.
