PURPOSE: To improve the operability by controlling processing of received image data such as oblique reading, skip reading and closeup with a simple operation to displace a removable small sized display section with respect to the transmitter main body. CONSTITUTION: An image memory 5 comprising a VRAM stores image data received via a communication line. A display section 6 is a small sized liquid crystal display device not capable of resolution to display one page of image data, and an image processing section 4 displays part of the image data onto a monitor screen. The display section 6 is removable to the transmitter main body and is provided with a position detection reception section 9b, a position detection transmission section 9a fixed to the transmitter main body detects a generated magnetic field to detect the movement of the display section with respect to the transmitter main body. When the display section 6 is moved on a plane vertically or horizontally, the image processing section 4 displays the image in the direction with scrolling. When the display section is made close to or parted from the transmitter main body, the image is magnified/ reduced. When a page turnover button 12 is depressed, an image of a succeeding page is displayed. |
