PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection moldings having a hollow portion to be molded by using a gas injection process, and to provide a molding method for the injection moldings with the hollow portion which prevents generation of uneven gloss, sink mark and the like on a product surface of a thick portion and molds the hollow portion in good accuracy. SOLUTION: In a boundary portion between a general portion 50 and the thick portion 40, a thickness change from the general portion 50 to the thick portion 40 is set to project with almost right-angled steps to a back side face of the product so that a space between an inner wall face 51 of the general portion 50 and a lower portion bottom wall face 40a of the thick portion 40 has about 90 deg., and a gas leak is prevented by forming a resin flow to intercept the gas leak out of the hollow portion 41 to the general portion 50. A width dimension between an inside terminal 41a of the hollow portion 41 and the lower portion bottom wall face 40a is set narrow so as to get a smooth resin flow at the product surface side from the general portion 50 to the thick portion 40. |
