PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a powder molding which uses a thermoplastic powder and is excellent in a continuous mold-releasing property including processes to coat a specific silicone type external mold- releasing agent on a molding face of a mold and to form a film of the silicone type external mold-releasing agent on the molding face of the mold. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the powder molding includes the following processes. In the first process, the silicone type external mold- releasing agent is applied on the molding face of the mold and the film of the silicone type external mold-releasing agent on the molding face of the mold. In the second process, the thermoplastic powder is supplied on the molding face of the mold which is heated at the temperature higher than melt temperature of the thermoplastic powder. In the third process, the thermoplastic powder is heated for a prescribed time on the molding face in the second process and powders whose surfaces at least melted are fused each other. In the fourth process, after the third process, the mold is cooled and the powder molding formed on it is taken out of the mold. |
