PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of tool mounting slides to be installed on a spring manufacturing machine. SOLUTION: A rotating body 18 is installed on a rotating shaft 13 of a tool mounting apparatus 11, and at least two or more of tool mounting slides 19 are installed on the rotating body 18. Tools mounted on the tool mounding slides 19 are selectively utilized for manufacturing springs by rotating the rotating body 18.
