PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring method and a stirring device or a treatment solution or a paint in which a stirred condition close to that of a turbulence flow can be obtained at a low cost, and there are no troubles of detaching a formed body from a hook of a hoist or a chain block. SOLUTION: In the treatment solution or paint stirring method in which the treatment solution or the paint is stirred by at least three propeller-type stirring machines in a stirring tank, the propeller-type stirring machines are installed at the position of forming a polygon in the sintering tank, and operated at the number of rotation of >=500 rpm.
