PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking instrument for floor, which is capable of reducing cost, improving its outward appearance. SOLUTION: This invention comprises the sucking instrument for floor with a built-in revolving brush 9 and an electric motor 18 which drives the revolving brush 9, an air intake hole 16 to flow in open air which is formed on a location where it corresponds to an electric motor storage 17 in a sucking instrument body 1, an air circulation hole 20 formed on a location where it corresponds to the air intake hole 16 in the electric motor storage 17, and the air circulation hole 20 is provided in the state where it is inclined toward the wall surface of the electric motor storage 17.
