PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for delivering food materials capable of efficiently delivering the food materials one by one with a mechanical operation. SOLUTION: This apparatus 11 for delivering the food materials comprises a storage tank 12 for storing a liquid such as water, charging the plurality of food materials and provided with a weir 13 formed at a lower level than that of a first to a third sidewalls 14a to 14c. In addition, the apparatus 11 comprises jetting nozzles 17 provided in the bottom wall 16 of the storage tank 12 so that the food materials ride across the weir 13 while in contact with the top 18 of the weir 13 and the liquid overflows the weir 13 at a flow rate so as to make the food materials flow down. The water is jetted from the jetting nozzles 17 in the direction toward the upper side and the weir 13 and fed to the storage tank 12. The plurality of food materials charged into the storage tank 12 flow down even in a state of agglomerates while releasing the state of the agglomerates of the food materials with the water. Thereby, the food materials ride across the weir 13 one by one. The plurality of food material can efficiently be delivered from the storage tank 12 one by one with the mechanical operation.
