PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a in-mold molding device for manufacturing a foam resin particle moldings, in-mold molding mold for manufacturing the foam resin particle moldings and a manufacturing method for the foam resin particle moldings by which a decrease of a dimensional accuracy by heating is low, no flash-like projection is generated and a molding cycle is short. SOLUTION: In the in-mold molding device which is mounted with a concave mold and a convex mold to form a cavity for obtaining the foam resin particle moldings by the in-mold molding at a molding device body through an inner plate, the concave mold and the convex mold consist of aluminum alloy casting with Brinell hardness of 100 or higher and tensile strength of 260 Mpa or higher, and a face directional expansion of the concave mold is suppressed by the inner plate by mounting at least a part of the peripheral margin of the concave mold so as to strike against the inner plate.
