PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandal with a first toe adjusting belt, which can also be used as a hallux volgus orthosis so that the sandal can easily be used for limiting motion of the first toe by a first toe adjusting belt to easily prevent progress of hallux volgus without wearing a hallux volgus orthosis. SOLUTION: This sandal with a first toe adjusting belt is equipped with the adjusting belt (1) of the sandal upper part to wrap parts of the foot except the first toe tip end and the first toe adjusting belt (2).
