PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a toothbrush by easily correcting a bundle of opened bristles made of plastic to a restored condition or a condition near the restored condition. SOLUTION: Forming a bundle of opened bristles made of plastic on a toothbrush into a restored form or a form near the restored form, the bristle bundle is blown by hot air or brought in touch with a heat transmitting medium to heat the bristle bundle to a temperature higher than the glass transition point and lower than the melting point of the plastic constituting the bristle bundle. It can be realized using a hair drier generally used in a home.
