PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a high-polymer pattern capable of preparing the high-polymer pattern at an arbitrary position on the surface of a substrate and capable of fixing a chain or tubular high-polymer in place with the same extended. SOLUTION: A method for preparing a high-polymer pattern, characterized in that a high-polymer suspension is allowed to drop onto the substrate from a capillary tube, the droplet of a suspension connecting with the suspension in the capillary tube is formed on the substrate, the size and position of the droplet is controlled by (1) controlling the amount of the high-polymer suspension supplied from the capillary tube, and (2) moving the capillary tube with the droplet attached thereto on the substrate, and an optional high-polymer pattern is formed on the substrate.
