In a limit switch, the time of operating of a switch 33 may be controlled by adjusting a screw 55, in a slot 57, the screw being attached to a support plate 47 in which a cam follower arm 31 is pivoted. The cam follower 31 has a plate 75 which actuates a plunger 73 of the switch when the cam follower roller 43 rides the high dwell 37 of a cam 29. The arcuate slot 57 and plate 75 are concentric with the cam-shaft 22 and are both of the same length. The housing 77 contains a plurality of switches individually adjustable and operable by separate cams and cam-followers. |
